Description
A fascinating blend of four powerful grapes (30% Tempranillo, 30% Bobal, 20% Monastrell, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon), made with a winemaker's delicate touch to produce a wine that has both power and finesse. Each grape is hand-picked and vinified separately before being blended and aged for 6 months in a mixture of Hungarian and French oak barrels.

Aromas & Flavours
The complex aromas offer ripe berries, aromatic plants and a freshness that can either be perceived as mineral or medicinal. There's plenty of structure here, with big acidity, tannin and body. The wine is still young and benefits from decanting. Best with food.

Food pairing
Red meats are an obvious choice, a juicy steak would be perfect. We would also suggest some nice cheeses, it will stand up to all but the strongest types. The winemaker also believes that the slight sweet note on the finish means it would pair will with not overly-sweet desserts.
