From new wave Australian producer Moorak, based in Adelaide Hills, comes this delicious and atypical take on Riesling. The wine has spent times on its lees, and has gone through full malolactic fermentation, meaning this is more mellow and textured than a typical Riesling. Offering generous amounts of fruit on the nose and palate, this is a wine that keeps you coming back for more. 

Pairing: great with fish and lighter meat dishes.
