We stock three Parajes del Valle wines (also their orange and red) and we love them all. This is from Manchuela, inland east Spain, and is made from 100% Bobal, a popular grape in that part of the world. Light but not lightweight, this is cocnentrated with plenty of ripe red fruit and a citrusy edge. A cut above your average rosé.
Pairing: Prawns, Sweet and sour pork, Tomato salad.
