A lovely fresh pet nat (i.e. a bottle fermented sparkling) from Bulgaria. Red Misket is actually a white grape (confusingly). This gives Green apple, gooseberry and lemon on the nose. Light and refreshing on the palate.
Pairing: a great aperitif and also good with light salads or Asian dishes.
