Sin-Copa Blanco, 2021, 12.5%

The Sin-Copa Rosso was such a hit for us in early 2023 that we had to add the Blanco when it became available. This is an "out-there" style of white, a blend of 4 fairly rare varieties (Airen, Malvar, Pardillo, Verdoncho) that together deliver a fleshy, concentrated wine. Definitely worth trying if you're a fan of natural, out-there whites!

Pairing: I think it could be a match for creamy rice dishes.
