From Anjou in the Loire Valley hails this 100% Grolleau Noir. Works lovely with a slight chill but this is a grown-up wine, some farm-y flavours and darker fruits. Unfiltered in that lovely cloudy way. Hints of black pepper and violets. The name is a homage to System Of A Down's limited edition ‘Steal this Album’.
Pairing: Lovely with lighter meats or cheese.
