This is 100% Falanghina with 10 days of skin contact, and you can feel it, this delivers big on that skinsy flavour profile, with plenty of texture. Wild yeast, no temperature control, no filtering, no fining, no sulfur added. About as natural as they come. Only 950 bottles produced!
